A1. Where is MiniperfPH based?
- We are located in the Philippines.

A2. Are your products authentic?
- Yes! All of our products are 100% genuine and come directly from the brands.​

A3. What's the difference between Cologne, EDT, and EDP?
- The main difference is the concentration of perfume essence. This concentration affects how long the scent lasts on your skin.

Cologne: Contains the lowest concentration (2-4% perfume oil) and lasts for about 2-3 hours.

Eau de Toilette (EDT): Has a medium concentration (5-15% perfume oil), lasting 4-6 hours.

Eau de Parfum (EDP): Features the highest concentration (15-20% perfume oil), with a longevity of 6-8 hours.

A4. I'm new to perfumes. How can I get a recommendation?
- We're happy to help you find a scent you'll love! You can contact our Customer Service team for personalized recommendations based on your preferences. If you'd rather experience the perfumes in person, visit our showroom. Our signature Testing Lab has all our testers available, and our staff will be there to assist you.

A5. Is your website secure? What information do you collect?
- Our website is secure. We only collect the information you provide on the order page for contact and shipping purposes, such as your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.

A6. Can I bring miniature perfumes on a plane?
- Yes! You can bring any liquid under 100ml (3.3 fl oz) on a plane without checking it in.

A7. Do perfumes expire?
- A perfume's average shelf life is up to five years. To make it last as long as possible, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

B. Online Orders and Shipping
B1. Do you ship to other countries?
- Currently, we only ship within the Philippines.

B2. What are your online payment methods?
- We accept credit/debit card payments on our website. For orders in the Philippines, you can also contact our customer service via WhatsApp to arrange payment via bank transfer or QR.

B3. How do I know my order is confirmed and how can I track it?
- An order confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as you place your order. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a second email with your courier and tracking number. If you have any concerns, you can always contact our Customer Service.

B4. Why do some products come without their box?
- These products are brand new and authentic; they were simply removed from a complete set.

B5. How do I change my shipping address?
- Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +60 1133227588 with your order ID. We can only change the address before the parcel is shipped.

B6. Will the perfume be damaged during shipment?
- Don't worry! We bubble wrap all orders to prevent damage. The packaging is designed to withstand shock.

B7. Do you provide a handwritten wish card service?
- Yes, we do. Please contact our Customer Service team to request this service.

B8. Can I order now but have the parcel held until I'm available?
- Of course! Just contact our Customer Service and let us know your preferred delivery date.

B9. Do you provide delivery to local hotels?
- Yes! We offer Instant Delivery to hotels within the Philippines. We recommend contacting us before you place your order to check stock availability. Once your order is confirmed, let us know, and we'll arrange for delivery as soon as possible.

B10. What if my ordered item is out of stock?
- Our online and physical store inventories can sometimes get out of sync. If an item you ordered is out of stock, our Customer Service team will contact you. We can let you know the expected restock time, or if you need your order urgently, we can help you exchange it for another item of equivalent value.

B11. How long will my parcel take to reach me?
- All ready-stock orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 days. After dispatch, delivery for local parcels within the Philippines usually takes 2-3 days.

C. Customer Service

C1. How do I contact customer support?

C2. Can I get a refund if I receive a fake perfume?
- We only sell authentic designer fragrances. If you suspect you've received a counterfeit item, please contact our Customer Service with evidence. We offer a money-back guarantee if the product is proven to be fake. Our main priority is to build long-term relationships with our customers.

C3. Will the actual products look exactly the same as the pictures on the website?
- Most products will look identical to the pictures. However, a small number of miniature perfumes are represented by images of their full-sized bottles to provide a higher-resolution visual.

C4. I don't like the perfume I bought. Can I get a refund?
- We do not accept returns for "blind purchases" where a customer decides they don't like the scent. This policy is in place to ensure fairness. For more information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

C5. Do you offer wholesale?
- We are not currently accepting franchises, wholesalers, or resellers. However, if you are interested in a collaboration, you can send your portfolio to our email at miniperfph@gmail.com. We do offer discounts for bulk orders. If you're interested, please contact our Customer Service with a list of the specific perfumes, brands, and quantities you need for a customized quote.
